TBMS is an online radio station. We aim to keep the station and website available, but internet broadcasting depends on networks, hosting, broadcast infrastructure and other technical services that may occasionally be interrupted.
We may maintain, update, change or temporarily suspend parts of the website or listening service where reasonably necessary. We cannot promise that every service will be available without interruption at all times.
Music broadcast by TBMS remains protected by the rights of the relevant artists, composers, songwriters, performers, producers, publishers, record labels and other rights holders.
Listening to a track on TBMS does not give permission to copy, download, record, redistribute, rebroadcast or otherwise exploit that music. Any use beyond ordinary listening requires the appropriate permission or legal right.
The TBMS name, station branding, original graphics, written material, website design elements and other original content created for TBMS may be protected by intellectual-property rights.
You may enjoy and share links to TBMS, but you may not present TBMS-created material as your own, use our branding in a misleading way or reproduce substantial original website content without permission unless the law allows it.
Please use TBMS lawfully and reasonably. You must not deliberately interfere with the website or stream, attempt unauthorised access, introduce malicious code, misuse website functions or use automated activity in a way that damages, overloads or disrupts the service.
You must also not use TBMS, its name or its website in a way that is fraudulent, unlawful or likely to mislead people into believing you represent the station when you do not.
TBMS may also be available through Amazon Alexa, TuneIn, other radio directories, apps, smart devices and third-party listening services. These services are operated independently from TBMS and may have their own terms, privacy practices, features and availability.
TBMS cannot control changes, interruptions or availability on third-party platforms. A link to, listing on or availability through another service does not mean that TBMS operates or controls that service.
TBMS gives listeners the option to make a voluntary financial contribution towards the costs of music licensing, broadcasting and keeping the station running smoothly. Support is entirely optional and is not required to listen to or use TBMS.
Support payments are processed through Mollie B.V. Mollie provides the payment-processing service and does not become the provider of TBMS or of any product or service from TBMS as a result of processing the payment.
A voluntary support payment does not purchase goods, advertising, membership, subscription, preferential access or any other product or service from TBMS. Once a support payment has been completed, it is generally non-refundable, except where a refund is required by applicable law or where TBMS decides that a refund is appropriate in exceptional circumstances.

TBMS may link to regional merchandise shops operated on an external e-commerce platform. When you follow a shop link, you leave the TBMS website and any purchase is made through that external shop environment.
The shop operator's applicable terms, privacy information, payment, delivery, returns and customer-service arrangements apply to purchases made there. Please review the information shown by the shop before ordering.
Businesses and other organisations may contact TBMS about advertising opportunities. Information on the website is an invitation to enquire and does not by itself create an advertising agreement.
Where TBMS accepts an advertising booking, the campaign details — such as format, schedule, price, production requirements and any other relevant conditions — may be agreed separately. Those specific agreed terms take priority for that advertising arrangement if they differ from this general website page.
